Our Services
Our exercise physiology services prioritise patient-centered care by ensuring individualised treatment plans developed by experienced professionals. With a commitment to excellence, we employ the latest research to support your journey towards optimal well-being.
1. Comprehensive Movement and Health Assessment - 60 Minutes $150
For when your health has become more complicated, but you still want to keep moving forward.
If you’re managing several health conditions, recovering from significant illness, or simply feel that your body just isn’t doing what it used to, this longer appointment gives us time to properly understand you.
Together we’ll talk about your health history, what you can currently manage, what you’re finding difficult, and most importantly, what you are able to get back to doing.
Your assessment may include simple physical and mobility testing to establish a safe starting point. From there, your Accredited Exercise Physiologist will develop a personalised exercise plan designed around your body, your health needs, and your goals.
This may be right for you if you want to:
Move with more confidence and less fear of falling
Improve strength and mobility after years of physical work
Safely manage exercise alongside diabetes, heart conditions or multiple health concerns
Build strength following illness, injury or reduced activity
Stay independent at home and continue doing everyday tasks for yourself
Get back to activities such as gardening, walking, fishing, travelling or spending time with family
You don't need to be fit to start. You simply need a safe place to begin.
3. Progress & Independence Review - 30 Minutes $72
Because staying strong is not a one-time achievement, your body and goals continue to change.
This appointment is for existing clients who want to check their progress and make sure their exercise program is still helping them move towards what matters most.
We'll review how you're feeling, what has improved, what is still difficult and whether your current program needs to change.
Where appropriate, we can reassess your mobility, strength or other relevant baseline measures and safely progress your exercises.
Your review may focus on:
Changes in strength and mobility
Progress towards your personal goals
Updating exercises as you become stronger
Adjusting your program after surgery, illness or a change in health
Maintaining the confidence to keep doing everyday activities independently
Think of it as your regular tune-up—keeping your program working for your body, not expecting your body to keep up with an outdated program.
2. Personalised Health and Mobility Assessment - 45 Minutes $112.50
A clear starting point for getting stronger, moving better and feeling more confident.
Designed for people managing one or two health concerns, reduced mobility, or changes in their strength and fitness.
This appointment is about understanding where you're at now and creating a realistic plan to help you move forward.
We'll discuss your health, your lifestyle and the things you would like to do more comfortably. We'll then complete appropriate physical assessments to understand your current strength, mobility and exercise capacity.
Your Accredited Exercise Physiologist will use this information to create a personalised exercise program that is safe, achievable and tailored specifically to you.
Ideal for people who want to:
Improve mobility and everyday movement
Rebuild strength after becoming less active
Exercise safely with diabetes or a heart condition
Prepare for or recover from a medical procedure
Reduce the impact of years of physical wear and tear
Stay active, capable and independent as they get older
No intimidating gym routines. No pressure to keep up. Just professional support at your own pace.
4. Guided 1-on-1 Strength & Mobility Session - 30 Minutes $72
Personalised exercise support for people who want to stay capable, confident and independent.
You've spent years working, providing, building, lifting and getting the job done. Now, you may be noticing that your knees, back, shoulders, balance or general strength aren't quite what they used to be.
This is not about being the fittest person in the room.
It's about helping you stay strong enough to keep living life on your terms.
Following your initial assessment, you'll work one-on-one with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist through a personalised exercise session tailored to your current ability, health and goals.
Every session is guided, supported and progressed at a pace that feels right for you.
Your goal might be to:
Get up and down more easily
Walk further and feel steadier on your feet
Improve strength after surgery or illness
Get back into the shed, garden or workshop
Keep up with the grandchildren
Continue fishing, travelling or enjoying the outdoors
Manage diabetes or heart health through safe, appropriate exercise
Maintain your independence for as long as possible
You don't have to push through pain or guess what exercises are safe. We'll guide you every step of the way.
45- and 60-minute sessions are also available for clients requiring additional time, support or a more comprehensive exercise session.
